*Starting system: before starting the line, confirm whether it meets the opening conditions from human, machine, material, method and ring,etc. If yes, start the production. If not, it shall be improved.
* First piece inspection: 100% of the parts are sampled to ensure that the qualified rate of the whole machine is more than 99% . check the first piece of product compare with the golden sample, parts BOM list and functional inspection.
* Process inspection: every 2 hours check the consistency of the system and the prodcution process
* Full process inspection: online functional inspection, fully appearance inspection, qualified products are taken off the line, unqualified products are handled according to 《the handle process of unqualified products》
* Before Delivery inspection: OQC sampling inspection, qualified-delivery, unqualified-seal up the warehouse and stop the delivery, and implement 《the handle process of unqualified products》.
* Quality summary and pre-evaluation : summarize production quality issues of the day at 4:30 PM every day, pre-evaluate the quality issuse may occured in the next day, and make sure the previous problems will be closed.
* Product dedicated line: establish product dedicated line, implement standard management, establish evaluation mechanism, ensure zero defect of products of strategic customers.
